Responsibilities

  • Provide a wide range of administrative and clerical support to the daily office operations and logistical support for faculty-level events and meetings
  • Assist with general office management, including mailing, photocopying, ordering office supplies and equipment, venue booking etc.
  • Reply to general inquiries through emails, phone calls and at the service counter
  • Handle general financial-related matters with the Finance Office, including tendering, procurement, and reimbursement etc.
  • Manage the website and social media of the Faculty regularly
  • Manage an effective filing system and database for records
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisors

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in any discipline (fresh graduates will also be considered), or a sub-degree in any discipline with 2 years of working experience, preferably in the tertiary education sector
  • A high level of competence in computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Zoom. Competency in graphic design will be an advantage
  • A good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Good interpersonal skills, team spirit and a strong sense of responsibility

Salary and Benefits

The rank and commencing salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits, where applicable, include annual leave, medical and dental benefits, mandatory provident fund and gratuity.
