Surrey Sports Park is seeking dedicated Freelance Personal Trainers to join our dynamic team and help clients achieve their fitness goals. If you are motivated, knowledgeable, and committed to inspiring others, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

One-on-One Coaching: Provide hands-on training and guidance during one-on-one sessions to ensure proper form, technique, and motivation

Personalised Training Programmes: Design and implement customised fitness programmes based on individual clients' needs, goals, and fitness levels.

Progress Tracking: Monitor and track clients' progress, adjusting workout plans as needed to ensure continuous improvement.

Client Education: Educate clients on the importance of a healthy lifestyle, including proper nutrition, hydration, and recovery practices.

Standards: Conduct yourself in a way to meet and uphold the standards set by Surrey Sports Park.

Qualifications:

Certification: Hold a recognised certification in Personal Training Level 3 or equivalent, be CIMSPA registered and have public liability insurance of £5 million or more and professional indemnity Insurance of £10 million or more.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to motivate and support clients effectively.

Adaptability: Ability to tailor workout programs to various fitness levels and accommodate individual needs.

Passion: A genuine passion for fitness, health, and helping others achieve their goals.

Entrepreneurial Spirit: As a Freelance Personal Trainer, you will have the opportunity to build your own client base and manage your schedule.
